Do you accept commission orders?

Yes, each month I accept a certain number of canvas and iPhone case commissions. More information and updates can be found on my instagram @sarahlytledesigns.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, currently I am ONLY shipping to the following countries:

  • North America (Canada, USA, Belize, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Mexico, Puerto Rico)
  • Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Norway, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, United Kingdom)
  • Oceania (Australia, New Zealand)
  • Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea)

If your country is not listed above and you would like to order something please contact me via email.

Please note that I am not responsible for any custom fees, duties, or import taxes.

Do you provide tracking for orders?

All paintings and iPhone cases come with a tracking number to ensure that the item gets to you safely.

All print orders DO NOT come with tracking to keep costs low.

Things to keep in mind:

  • For pre-made items please allow 3-5 business days for me to process and package your order after you receive your confirmation email
  • To limit the number of trips I make to the post office, I typically send out orders twice a week (Mondays and Fridays)
  • Please be patient with me as I am a one person shop doing all the processing, packaging and shipping
  • If you have ordered a painting or iPhone case from me you will receive a tracking number via email once I have dropped your item(s) off at the post office

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

All paintings and custom iPhone cases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
